Starting from the 5th of May, after a few weeks of forced stop, the water navigation reopened its services. Navigazione Lago di Como is ready to welcome the passengers on board: the company has implemented the new safety measures and offers a new timetable.
The first resumed itinerary will circulate daily between Como, Tavernola, Cernobbio, Moltrasio, Torno, and Carate Urio from 6:50 to 20:35.
The ferries that have so far circulated between Menaggio, Bellagio, and Varenna following the shortened schedule, will return to circulate with greater frequency from 5:40 until 19:55.
The new security measures have been put in place in compliance with the instructions of the authorities to protect passengers. Ferries and boats will be sanitized daily. Onboard, all the passengers need to wear a protective mask. The disinfectant gel is offered to passengers; the seats will be reorganized in order to respect the safety distance; the capacity of the ships will be accordingly reduced to avoid mass gatherings.
