Michelin-Starred Restaurant Kitchen Reopens for Valentine’s Day Weekend
The newly Michelin-Starred restaurant Kitchen reopens its doors on Saturday 13 of February with a menu inspired by its cuisine’s most distinctive dishes, which pay tribute to enhance Mediterranean culture and flavours.
Chef Andrea Casali introduced some new dishes that combine the harmony of ingredients, dedication and technique. The latest suggestions are born from an innovative vision where the balance of flavours, refined style and the harmony of ingredients coexist perfectly.
The updated menu in addition to already presented and consolidated offer contains some novelties like “Controfiletto di Marchigiana, peperone alla brace, cuore di lattuga” and “L’astice bretone con crema di cavolfiore allo zafferano e le sue chele alla catalana”.
For the season 2021, the menu retains the two tasting options that customers very appreciate. The “Green” option – is a tribute to the Chef’s garden, with plates drawn with herbs and vegetables from the garden. This offer includes a hit dish “Spaghettone monograno Felicetti con barbabietola ed erbe selvatiche”. The second option is “Italy according to us” – it is the modern interpretation of traditional Italian cuisine. This option includes the must-try delicious “Ombrina alla mugnaia”.
