Easter talks with Michelin-Starred Chef Andrea Berton

Easter is right around the corner, and COMO LAKE Today organized a free, interactive, virtual event on Sunday, March 28 at 17:30 (Italian time) dedicated to Italian Easter traditions. 

Elena Markova, Founder of COMO LAKE Today, will be joined by Michelin-Starred Chef Andrea Berton and Raffaele Lenzi, executive chef of Berton Al Lago restaurant, for a conversation on Easter Italian traditions, recipes and menu proposals.

Chef Berton and Chef Lenzi from the restaurant Berton Al Lago, Michelin Star restaurant located in Torno (Lake Como) in the Hotel Il Sereno, present modern Italian cuisine. The menu’s inspiration comes from the lake’s local surroundings with its fish and aromatic herbs, the mountains of Valtellina with its incredible wines, cheeses and meats, and the nearby Pianura Padana, known for its risotto.

Chef Andrea Berton is a well-known and honoured restaurateur with more than 27 years of industry experience. Chef Berton won four Michelin stars across three restaurants in Milan. Currently, Andrea is the chef of his latest namesake Ristorante Berton in Milan’s futuristic area and the owner and consultant of Milan Restaurant: DRY Cocktail & Pizza. 

Raffaele Lenzi is the executive chef of Ristorante Berton Al Lago, at the Il Sereno hotel and he is responsible for the daily culinary operations. 

Andrea and Raffaele will share their favourite festive recipes and advice on how to prepare for the Easter Lunch during the conversation.
