Michelin-Starred Restaurant Kitchen Reopens for Valentine’s Day
Kitchen, the restaurant that confirmed the Michelin Star for the third year running, reopens its doors on the 14th of February with a menu inspired by its cuisine’s most distinctive dishes, which pay tribute to enhance Mediterranean culture and flavours.
Kitchen is an exquisite restaurant serving innovative Italian cuisine focused on seasonal ingredients. The restaurant’s concept is to offer the ideal mix of products, techniques, and flavours. The restaurant offers two tasting menus: “Green” and “Experience“, plus an “À La Carte” menu.
Chef Andrea Casali introduced some new dishes that combine the harmony of ingredients, dedication and technique.
The latest suggestions are born from an innovative vision where the balance of flavours, refined style and the theme of elements coexist perfectly.
The concept of the Kitchen is not to offer anything revolutionary but the desire to take the traditional flavours of Italian cuisine and bring them back in an “updated” vision, adding innovations. This is a classic-contemporary cuisine, modernizing old recipes. There is a connection not only with the lake area but generally with Italian cuisine. For example, there is a connection between the Parma area and southern Italy. There is also oriental influence that chef Casali and his young brigade continue to research to please the international clients that, especially in summer, are frequent visitors to the restaurant.
The Kitchen is pleated away in the lush surroundings of a private garden. The restaurant has a biodynamic kitchen garden that provides fresh herbs and vegetables.
