Lake Como Hosts Endless Joy Festival 2026
The Lake Endless Joy Festival will return in summer 2026, bringing its distinctive blend of contemporary music and scenic locations to both the Lombardy Alps and Lake Como.
Founded by Como pianist and composer Alessandro Martire, the festival has developed a reputation for staging performances in unusual settings that highlight the natural and cultural heritage of the region. Rather than being confined to traditional concert venues, its programme unfolds across mountain landscapes and historic sites, turning the location itself into part of the experience.
The 2026 edition will feature British singer-songwriter Tom Speight alongside Martire, whose performances on floating stages and in outdoor settings have attracted international attention in recent years. The festival was launched in 2019 with the aim of connecting music with the landscapes of the Como area and the wider Lombardy region.

Music and landscape
In a region known internationally for its villas, gardens and lakefront villages, cultural events increasingly play a role in broadening the visitor experience beyond traditional sightseeing. Lake Endless Joy is one of several initiatives seeking to showcase Lombardy’s landscapes through music, encouraging audiences to explore locations that range from mountain settings to iconic Lake Como landmarks.
Whether it is a concert beside an Alpine lake or an evening performance overlooking the waters of Como, the festival continues to place the relationship between place and performance at the centre of its identity.
