This November, an extraordinary and unique dining experience awaits at one of the most stunning and romantic locations on Lake Como—Villa del Balbianello. As part of the Tremezzina Gastronomica festival, the villa invites you to indulge in a delightful dining experience on Saturday, 9 November, at 20:00.
The evening begins with a warm welcome featuring an aperitif accompanied by savoury delicacies and a selection of lightly fried seasonal vegetables. Guests will then enjoy a sumptuous first course of fresh tortelli filled with perch and a delicate saffron cream. The main course showcases lavarello prepared “alla mugnaia,” complemented by a white wine reduction and a medley of vegetables. To round off the meal, a decadent gianduia chocolate sphere with raspberry coulis and cocoa crumble will tempt your taste buds.
Villa Caviciana will provide the wines for the evening, ensuring a perfect pairing for each course. A rich espresso will conclude your culinary journey.
For €90 per person (or €10 for FAI members and Tremezzina residents), guests will also enjoy the unique experience of arriving and departing by boat, which enhances the evening’s charm. The price includes access to the historic gardens and a guided tour of Villa Balbianello’s enchanting interiors, making it a truly valuable experience.
This exclusive dining event requires reservation by 2 November and will proceed with a minimum of 30 participants.
