This December, Villa Carlotta invites visitors to celebrate the festive season on Lake Como with two delightful creative workshops inspired by nature, art, and the spirit of Christmas. Set within the villa’s beautiful gardens overlooking the lake, these seasonal activities offer a unique opportunity to craft something personal while experiencing the magic of winter in one of Italy’s most elegant destinations.
Start the festive season in style by learning how to create your own handmade Christmas wreath using natural materials gathered from Villa Carlotta’s gardens. Guided by the villa’s expert gardeners, participants will discover simple techniques to design a unique decoration that brings a touch of nature and warmth to their home.
Please bring garden scissors and gloves.
For adults only. Limited places – reservation required.
A second workshop, “Create with Nature,” offers a sustainable and imaginative way to decorate your home for Christmas. After a short walk through the gardens to explore colours, textures, and shapes, guests will craft their own festive ornaments using natural materials provided by the park. Creativity and inspiration take centre stage in this family-friendly activity.

Suitable for all ages. Limited places – reservation required.
Cost for each workshop: entry ticket + €7 supplement
