Christmas Lights Festival is Coming to Cernobbio

On 7 December 2024, the traditional Christmas festival “Como Città dei Balocchi” 2024 will be inaugurated in Cernobbio. Each year, lighting designers and projection specialists create an incredible holiday atmosphere around Lake Como.

Experience the magic of Christmas and New Year in Cernobbio and Lake Como! This festive season, enjoy enchanting Christmas markets, dazzling lights, and a charming ice rink. Cernobbio’s iconic “Como Città dei Balocchi” brings its 31th edition with captivating holiday displays and activities, promising a grand festive adventure.

Cernobbio is hosting this event, which continues to embody its philosophy of offering a Lake Como Christmas experience filled with emotion, wonder, fun, entertainment, culture, gastronomy, education, art, and solidarity.

Piazza Risorgimento, the central square of Cernobbio will be transformed into the area of surprises, with free access, featuring Christmas installations, markets, and an ice rink.

Amidst the wonder of lights and sounds, the magic of the “Città dei Balocchi” Christmas event is spread throughout Cernobbio, including Borgo, Riva di Cernobbio, and the beautiful Villa Bernasconi.
