L’Associazione BellagioLakeComo, alongside the Comune di Bellagio, the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, and the cultural association Ischia Saperi e Sapori – Centro Culturale ed Artistico, is preparing for the much-anticipated return of Ischia Safari On Tour. This exciting event focuses on showcasing Italy’s rich culinary heritage by gathering esteemed chefs, pastry chefs, and pizzaioli to craft a memorable gastronomic experience.
Following the resounding success of its inaugural edition, Ischia Safari On Tour is set to return to Bellagio, offering an exceptional gastronomic experience. This exclusive charity lunch will accommodate just 120 guests, showcasing renowned chefs, master patissiers, and acclaimed pizzaioli, all eager to delight attendees with an innovative menu paired with exquisite wines.
Among the distinguished chefs invited to participate in this year’s event are several esteemed culinary talents, including a select few who hold two Michelin stars. Notable participants include Nino Di Costanzo from Daní Maison in Ischia, celebrated for his innovative interpretations of traditional dishes; Pasquale Palamaro from Indaco restaurant in Ischia, co-organiser and creator of the format; Ettore Bocchia, chef of Mistral restaurant at the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, hosting the event in Bellagio; Gaetano Trovato from Arnolfo in Siena, renowned for his exquisite flavour combinations; Domenico Candela from George Restaurant in Naples, recognised for his creative culinary artistry; and the esteemed duo of Salvatore Elefante and Vincenzo Tedeschi from Capri Palace, acclaimed for their commitment to exceptional quality. The presence of these distinguished chefs in Bellagio highlights the event’s dedication to showcasing the highest standards of Italian gastronomic excellence.
An Enchanting Setting for a Unique Experience
Scheduled to take place in the stunning surroundings of the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, this event promises an original and engaging format.
